    • Work with your clients to determine their needs and interests.
  2. Who is your target population?
  3. What is the minimum and maximum number of participants?
  4. Who are your partners?

  5. What facilities do you have available?

    • cooking facility (check local health department food safety requirements)

  6. What is your budget?

    Potential expenses could include (but are not limited to):

    • contract staff
    • room/facility rentals
    • food
    • equipment
    • evaluation
    • supplies

    Potential income sources could include (but are not limited to):

    • cash donations
    • government grants
    • organization/foundation grants
    • in-kind donations
